The most rockin' store!!!!

On my trip, of corse, I did get a couple shopping trips in. On the way I stopped at my absolutely favorite store chain in the country - AC Moore. That store rocks is all that i can say!!

I did not know that Michael's was nationwide? i thought they were more regional and happened to stay near one up in Mass. I was so disaapointed, they are like walMart, the same ole stuff from here to there.

Anyhow at the AC Moore, that is where I stockpiled. I only got a few sheets of paper but boy what other bargains I found, from beanie babies, to rubber stamps - oooh la la!! Even a skein of yarn for Cristmas cards (yea right!)

What I found most was the Le Plume pen markers. I ordered them from Pierse Overstock, that nline company thatis bogus. anyhoalso been looking at them ay online stores and so on. The AC Moore store I stop at there in WV, they have them CHEAPER, NOT on SALE than anywhere else I had found. I was so HAPPY!!!!! I got 7 of their 9 sets, got to find those other two now!! Wooo HOOO! Now I can make pretty colored stamps like MC taught me!! Maybe I WILL get some cards done in time for the season!!

Anyhow just had to share the MOST AWESOME store chain out there!!!

45 for 05 5 cards 1 swap of 13 pages

I have never been in an AC Moore or an Archivers. They are on my list of places to find on my next trip. Sandy

I've never been to an AC Moore, but after all the talk on here about them, I think I'll add them to my list of stores to try if I ever get a chance to.

I miss ACMoore TERRIBLY! they had one in VA Beach prior to our leaving. It was YARN heaven! I stocked up on quite a bit before flying over here. My stock will dwindle while here but there are a few places online to ship here AND have yarn :D

I shop in AC Moore at least weekly armed with my 40% off coupon. After awhile you get everything you could possibly want because they have alot but they carry the same stock all the time. The Halloween stamps are the same ones they had last year. The paper is the same syles that they were selling

2 years ago. They do sell some items that I haven't seen in the other stores though. And the stock varies among stores, the one closest to me doesn't have as much scrapbook stuff as the one about 20 minutes further away.

Yeah, I feel this way about Michaels the last couple years. I have everything I'd want. They've increased the ones around here by one more aisle, but nothing really more I'd want. I still peruse just incase. Bought son some new markers today and saved 8 bucks with 40% off coupon.

I have been that way with both AC Moore and Michaels. About 6 months ago a JoAnn store opened and I had a blast because they had different things and their own line of embellishments. Now I have everything I wanted from JoAnn's as well and I have to rely on the lss or online stores to buy something new and exciting. ;o)
