Weaving

Stupid question: I saw a page where someone weaved a ribbon in the paper...how did they put the holes in the paper?

Shan

I use an exacto knife to cut slits to slide ribbon through.

Hi Shannon.

There is also two different punches that would allow you to do this. One is from Stampin Up and maybe one of the Stampin Up consultants here can tell you more about it. It punches one narrow slit little wider than just an exacto knife cut. I also have a punch that punches about 6 small rectangle holes at a time that I have used to weave ribbon through. I am not sure what brand mine is though. Here is a layou that I used the punch to weave fiber though the holes:

will see if I can find the 6 hole punch online somewhere. I likedCleste's idea of just using an exacto knife though. I will have to try thatone.
