Who Can I contact-

I have one of those cassette craft punch kits from Marvy, the one in a box with the letters and numbers and a nifty hand held punch gun. Anyhow I have a problem with it. The letters are MUCH smaller in size than the numbers. I went to a local retailer taht has the same set, and their's were okay. Anyhow I emailed the company with no reply. I went to the store and checked that other kit and again emailed them. They will not respond back. The idea is, they care nothing about what we have once they get their money - those kits are not cheap (AS IF anythig in our hobby is!)

What can I do or who can I contact? Any ideas? Thanks a bunch - OKC Dave

Dave....when did you buy your set of letters? Do you have the receipt? Maybe you can return them.

Maybe try to call them - sometimes it's better if you can get someone live. I found this on their website...

Dave, first I would return the set wherever you bought them. The store should have better luck returning it. Where are you located? I might be able to help since I have a store. I don't know. Email me privetly and I can see what I can do. Karissa

Hey, here's a trick for those sticker letters and numbers to get them straight: place the bottom 3rd of the stickers lined up on the edge of a plastic ruler. You should be able to reposition them as much as you want to get them on there straight. Then the top 2/3 of the stickers are off the ruler. Then place the stickers all at once on your page starting from the top of the stickers. Then the bottom third should just peel off the ruler.

even easier than a ruler....i do this exact same thing with a sticker strip backing. after all the stickers are used, save the back and line up the letters on it. the mrs. grossman's sticker strips even have stuff on the back that helps you line up your letters. i've also used the paper backing from my photo splits for this. lori shay louisville

Just wanted to post a update. I called them today with that 1-800 # someone put up here. Anyhow I explained to the person who answered what my problem is. She told me she did not know if it could be fixed, I would have to talk to my region manager. however she was out to lunch and if I left her a message on her voicemail, she would call me back -RIGHT!! Well I will give her till Friday. Then I guess i will have to try some other channel, but I can tell you this now, I will not buy any more of their products!!! My niece has said the same thing.
