Zip e Mate

I've just bought a Zip e Mate off QVC UK, but it's not cutting properly and I have to use the shim every time even with different dies has anyone else had similar problems?

Hi Katie, I don't have any die cut machines but I suggest you contact the manufacturer. From what everyone here says, when they have problems w/ anything, the various manufacturers seem to be pretty accommodating. Good luck!

Katie...if your Zip e Mate is not working as described, contact QVC Customer Service on 0800 51 41 31 and they will try to get you some help or supply a prepaid return label so you can return for replacement or refund. I just mailed back two items today that were faulty. The TSV Tips, Tricks & Techniques Kit with DVD and another Scrapbooking Kit with a CD. In the past I have just put up with things being less than I thought they should be, now I just send them back! They are way too expensive to hold on to if you are not happy with the merchandise. BTW, welcome to RCS....I don't think I have seen you post before :o)

Katie, I had a problem with my Zip e' Mate like yours. I called Accucut and they told me there was an issue with the thick while pad, and sent me a new one in about 2 weeks. There was a problem with some of the pads being too thin. They didn't ask me to send the other pad back, and it works better with embossing brass templates then the new one.
