I just got off the phone with a rep from Accu-cut qabout some supplies for the child care association. While I was talking to him I brought up the fact I was thinking about getting a zipi'emate. He said they were getting away from the consumer products and only handling educational items again. He said they would sell the zip'emate machine until the ones they had in stock were gone, and continue to make the components for the machine (dies, mats, etc) until the end of the year. Thanks for the info on that Sandy! I had experimented with the zipemate at my favorite MEGA LSS, and I have to tell you I wasn't all that impressed with it. I am used to my Sizzix, I guess. They originally had the sizzix machines for use in their crop room, and they ended up getting rid of them and got the Zipemate. I could not use my Sizzlits with it, as they had no adapter for them. I was so disappointed!! I could still use my blue sizzix dies in it.
