Attention Ron Anderson

Ron:

Do you know that this is circulating? Has your account been hijacked? Thought you should know as it has appeared on at least 10 of the Yahoo lists I am on yesterday, and more today.

Girls just a word of warning. I ordered a part for one of my machines from an online company

who seemed very professional & reliable that was run by A Ron Anderson, A repair speacialist

for 25 years, what a joke. They boast on being able to get parts no one else can. I emailed

him and asked him if he had the part he said he did & emailed me a link for a credit card

order. I ordered it on the 18th of August 2006 by credit card I emailed him several times

because all I got was the credit card receipt & nothing else. When I emailed him ( which was

several times thru the month) he would all ways say crazy things that had nothing to do with

my part or when & how he mailed it,I honestly thought he must be doing drugs, because nothing

he said made sense so I would email him back saying I didn't understand what he was writing

did he mean to mail that to someone else, & I would ask him again how & when he mailed it.

On August the 30th 2006 he emailed me saying "I made a big mistake yesterday" ( I have no

ideal what he was talking about since he hadn't email me in 2 days)" the part came in so I

will be shipping today" so I thought great!!! I emailed him back same day saying " How did

you ship it, & do you know an approximate date I will recieve it I am most anxious to recieve

it" On September 1st he emailed me with these 6 words " your part is no longer available".

So I thought maybe he has me mixed up with some one else so on September the 2nd I emailed

him back & asked if he could check all the emails attached since he told me on the 30th that

he had the part & was mailing it that day. Ron Anderson emailed me back immediately & said

"I told you it is no longer available I did not charge you anything and I shred your info go

f*** yourself click head" So I want you girls to be ware of this very unprofessional and

vulgar bussiness so you do no have a month long ordeal like I had here are his 2 web sites

Avoid these like the plague

Just in case anyone really cares, I have put up a page with all the actual emails, and the true facts of the matter in question. I rarely try to defend myself in these things but this one begs to have the real truth be told. Feel free to pass the link about.

Ron,

Would you like us to all share Good Stories about you? I think that we could certainly overbalance the bad stuff that's floating around. I know you have more than one happy customer just on alt.sewing alone.

I know this is getting you more hits on the site, but what a total pain.

*sigh*

Thank you. My reputation speaks for itself. I am certain I have ticked off far more than 1 person in my 28 years in this business 35 total in retail. This too shall pass

Has anyone read the messages in full? I did, and while it won't affect my doing business with Ron in the future I have to admit I am a bit taken aback by the language used, in response to what looks to be buyer questions based on having a hard time following what was meant in emails. Or am I missing something?

I agree, I was somewhat taken aback at the vulgar language Ron used. I do understand that he was frustrated, but.....

yeah, but they sure can clear the system out when needed.

I totally agree, and it seems like something very much like this happened to someone else with this dealer a few years ago, either on this group or on rctq. There is never any reason for this sort of language.

To a warped mind, maybe. It's loser talk: You acccomplish nothing and have already lost when you resort to language like that. JPBill

LOL, when you've got a pissed off customer who you've already lost anyway, it probably doesn't matter, and like someone said, it feels really good. I can't believe the "holier than thou" attitude about this...I hope you guys don't fall over backwards with your noses so high in the air!!

Like they have never done something like that. The whole thing is just so stupid, it needs to be dropped. It does feel good, even if no one hears------But if and when they do, they sure do perk up.

Apparently she has now reported Ron to Singer. Get over it lady, the only ones who really care are wound too tight anyway.

Small Change you have more sense than most and are more honest too.

I'll give you warped mind. But we have a rich and varied language, and there are times when plain talk is appropriate. Perhaps not in your world, but in the one most of us inhabit. After all, if all of you who protest had never heard or seen the words before, you would not be offended, now would you?
