Ron, I have not had a response from Singer. The threads on the nut which holds the screw to tighten the large hoop on my Singer Quantum XL5000 is stripped (No I don't ever use a screwdriver to tighten the screw. It happened when I was hooping some 200 weight Polarfleece.). For now I'm able to get by using the nut from one of my other hoops, but do you have, or can you get, a couple of replacement screws and nuts for me?

Thanks Ron, I'll let you know ASAP whether I need to have you order some for me. The shop where I bought the machine now "thinks" they may have a couple laying around somewhere.... :-|
