Ron, I have not had a response from Singer. The threads on the nut which holds the screw to tighten the large hoop on my Singer Quantum XL5000 is stripped (No I don't ever use a screwdriver to tighten the screw. It happened when I was hooping some 200 weight Polarfleece.). For now I'm able to get by using the nut from one of my other hoops, but do you have, or can you get, a couple of replacement screws and nuts for me?
