Hi everyone,
I have a client who wants me to shorten a dress with a bubble hem and I'm not sure how to approach it or what to charge for it. I hope someone can help me out. Any ideas?

Shortenthe body above the bubble bit! Or possibly from the top of the skirt AND the bottom of the body... Otherwise the skirt might look sqished...
Can you shorten from the waist? I think that's what I would look at doing.
