Am almost certain saw one on eBay within the past few days. Both the user's manual and service manual for the Pfaff 130 regularly appear on eBay.
Also try the "Pfaff Forum" group on eBay. Parts of the manual are listed there IIRC, and or someone may have a copy scanned they are willing to send.

There's a YAHOO group called oldpfaffpforum. Why not join it, they may have the manual available or can point you in the right direction.
