I am trying to put together a better (i.e. updated gender )make-believe box .we have a make-believe box from our no longer "Mr. rugratedness"which basically had lots of boyish things like firefighter hats,crowns, capes, ropes, netting and a variety of fabric panels withanimal prints/fur/vinyl/etcnow i need to **add** to the existing box (as the other stuffwill stay) i just want to have better coverage for the "girlishstuff" and thus the request ... what sort of things to add forgirls. I know there will be lots of pink, purple and sparklystuff and i was thinking of adding some brightly colored simpletutus and things like that or maybe i should just add some fabricpanels with a greater variety of colors and patterns ?So any suggestions on what extra stuff to add for the girls, sheplays with the firefighter hats/coats already i just wanted tomake sure i did not deprive her the "girlish stuff" as she hasstarted doing the balerina impressions and wrapping herself withloose fabric and calling it a dress and so on.I guess i should have put all that stuff in when mr. was a rugratas he has already found creative use for things like the glowinglime green organza covered in sparkly reflective sequins and thebright cyan sheer voile panel with embroidered vines and leaves.tiarobb

Go to Goodwill. Old prom or bridesmaid dresses. I had a couple of old strapless sundresses with wired bodices that I snugged in tight with a couple of seams that my daughter, her friends and my son's gal pals absolutely loved.

I did make quite a loop at the ends. You might want to wrap the wires well and tape the ends with duct tape...

A huge part of the appeal was the wiring. It gave curves where anatomy had level plateaus. And a sundress that was just below knee length on a tall adult made an ankle length formal for little girls.

For either gender, a full length mirror is major
