On The Great British Sewing Bee Program last night the third challenge was to make a Kilt. They gave the contestants 6 Hour.I immediately thought of you for some reason, 6 Hours I mean ? 30 maybe.
One chap even hand stitched his there was impressive and some terrible kilting if you can watch it from behind you fingers .
That had to be a hot mess! My first kilt took 50+ hours. Second one was about 48 hours, and even on the third and fourth, I could not push the time under 44 hours. Of course, these were real kilts, with a ton of measuring, all hand stitching, intense pressing, lining, etc.
Later, I have my own sewing to finish at the moment. But thanks,
