I am looking for a source for the stretch binding usually color coordinated to the polarfleece colors to finish edges. Is there such a thing anymore?

Unless you need very long lengths, the easiest thing to do is to cut crossgrain strips of nylon-lycra swimming suit type fabric. More colors available, too.

Foldover elastic (FOE) would be another choice -- e.g.:
