I am trying to get some 38mm tartan ribbon to make sashes for red velvet dresses this winter. Does anyone here have a good source/supplier that they wouldn't mind sharing with me? Ebay is not that good so far . I have found a website that is dedicated to tartan ribbon in the Uk but I have had to apply to be a client (last Friday) and am still waiting for approval without which I can not find out the price.

I need a 50metre roll in 38mm wide. Any tartan that is red or predominately red will do. If we are talking official tartans I prefer Royal Stuart but I would take a 3 colour gingham, which I did find on Panda Ribbons but the shipping was stupid to France.
