That waistcoat is fairly standard, but for both the coat and waistcoat, try here:

You'll also find suitable shirt and breeches patterns. I've used some of these patterns (the frock coat with the fuller skirt, and the shirt) and they are excellent. You can see the results in my Town Crier project on my web site (URL below).
