Could someone please provide me the McCall, Butterrick, Simplicity etc. pattern numbers for an adult fullbody skisuit / catsuit. Thanks in advance.

Butterick did one for plus sizes, but I have gotten rid of it since I bought Pattern Master Boutique. Look in the active wear section.
For body suits, try Stretch & Sew or Kwik Sew patterns.

For a Ski suit pattern, try Seattle Fabrics.

Seattle Fabrics also carries some of the Kwik Sew and the Stretch & Sew patterns.

DK Sports makes a pattern specifically for ski race skin suits ( alpine) the Kwik Sew pattern is much more adaptable for XC, cat suit etc. For a shell type ski suit, again DK sports or one of the Canadian lines like Storm Mountain or Jalie.
