I have Simplicity pattern number 9089 for my little girl. I have to make this costume for my girl within this week for her concert and it seems like i have lost instructional sheet. If there is any one who has it whould you please scanned it and e-mail it to me? or shoot it with digital camera and e-mail it to me? I see a couple of different patterns billed as Simplicity 9089:

So maybe you should clarify which one you are referring to.
You might be able to find a similar pattern in the catalog and read through the instructions to get an idea of how to put it together. I could easily do that with the second or third pattern; not sure about the first.
