Does anyone know how interchangeable the presser feet are between newer and older Singer overlockers? I have a 14U234B purchased in 1992 that I would like to use with an elastic foot,

but it would appear thatthis particular model never had an elastic foot option, so I was wondering if Icould use one made for a newer model? Mike
