Ok,
I need some help. I have two yards of this fabric and it is beautiful. I need to know what / how to make this into clothing for my daughter! The back side is SO rough. I'm thinking of maybe a nice long skirt with a matching vest.

How about lining it???
I figured that, just what would I like it with I guess is what I want to know. I've figured out I want to make her a long skirt and I think it is called a duster length vest. (long enough to cover her "bootie")
