Christmas stocking pattern help

Sometime in the 1970s or 1980s a dear friend of mine found a Christmas stocking pattern. It has twelve blocks, some cross stitched, some applicayed.

She died in 198&, and I'm trying to find the pattern.

This is what it looks like:

Top row: "chicken scratch" on green and white gingham, snowman applicay on green wool, heart with brick-brack border on cotton print.

Second row: star applicay with chain stitched border on cotton print, cross stitched child's name with a soldier for the boys or a lady for the girls on white aida, plain red aida or wool rectangle.

Third row: cross stitched bird on white aida, applicayed Christmas tree with French knot garland and spider web stars on cotton print, applicayed gingerbread man with chain stitched border and French knot features.

Bottom row: Tatted snowflake on red wool, green wool square "wrapped" with red satin ribbon and jingle bell, green cross stitched stag on green and white gingham.

Does anyone recognize this?

TIA.
