Shehnaz - I don't know about Bernina but White copied a manual for a 1970's sewing machine for me a few years ago and sent it to me at no cost! I'd contact Bernina first to see what they can do for you.
There's a very active 1630 group on Yahoo. You might want to see if they have the manual in their files.:
