Has anyone else had trouble with these people? They cashed our check but haven't sent anything and won't return emails or phone calls.

Well, for what it's worth, I just got an email back saying the order shipped, followed by an email from the shipping house.
Maybe she (Jackie) was out of town while the check cleared? Anyway, we'll see what shows up.
