I have scoured the internet and am at my wits end as to where I can find a pattern for a traditional morning suit for a wedding, is there anyone who could possibly assist?

Do you mean a man's formal morning suit, like:

If so, I would start with Vogue 2383, and make suitable alterations:

The alteration for the "cutaway" jacket would not be difficult, and it should be simple to increase the length of the jacket.
