I want to thank the people at Kelton Industries for the way they responded to my problem. Sunday I posted a message that I could not get my center saver lined up correctly and was told to contact Kelton directly. Within two hours of me contacting them, they were helping me fix the problem. Apparently I needed a longer tool post. The North American rep also contacted me as soon as he saw my post here. As soon as I sent him the necessary information he shipped the part at their cost. We so rarely hear good stories about customer service these days, I wanted people to know how fast and hard Kelton Industries work to make me happy. I will definitely recommend this company to others.
