I am contemplating buying a new chuck and after looking at the standard stuff?Nova, Vicmarc etc I have come across Multistar and Tos both scroll chucks. The manufactures specifications are quite impressive and the prices fair but I have as yet no insight from users of these chucks. Any users comments would be most appreciated before I buy.

I don't know if you can find Multistar chuck easily nowadays as they have been closed for a while now. I have 3 Multistar chucks, the Titan with tommy bars, the keyed Titan and the mini scroll chuck. They are really precision machines like I have never seen. I also own a Super Nova chuck and a Oneway Stronghold but they simply don't compare to the Multistars...
A good news maybe, heard that the previous owner of the company intends to make Multistar live again, let's hope, I am missing jaws for the mini chuck. I have all the jaws for the Titan model though.
