Hi all, I've recently been commissioned to turn a rather large Purpleheart bowl,as a Christmas gift. My client would like it to be 4'' to 6'' thick by 16'' to 20'' in diameter. Anyone out there know where I can get a blank this size ? TIA Jim

Thanks Joe , I e-mailed them this morning no responce yet. I've tried 5 different suppliers, and found a

3" X 14" X 14" near Baltimore, Md. I'm on the East Coast,hoping for some more responces. Jim
