Hi, Gem! Well, I'm actually making THREE of them, although I only did the NYCO for one, and that one IS for me, it's a rusty-wine colour, two strands of laceweight. Another will be teal, two strands hand-spun laceweight, third will be an offwhite.

Well to be honest I have only done two rows of the aran as the other 20 rows were the ribbing. Hopefully today I will be able to do a bit more but will see how the thumb behaves as it hasn't been good for the last couple of days.

Thanks for letting me know the message from GeeGee. I keep trying to do things but know that it's going to be slow and a while before I get back to doing everything that I love. I am still having problems writing and typing.
