Aw, sooooooooo cute! These and the ones Jan found are just amazing. I'd assumed they'd be made with crochet cotton and was surprised to see the size of the yarn used for something so small. What a great way to use all those bits and pieces I never wanna toss!!!
A bit OT -- I never saw flickr before. Can you search it the same as Google? I take it that the collections of photos belong to members kinda like the photo sharing Yahoo has?
Eve :o)
My son uses flickr - not quite sure how it works but I do know that young people seem to predominate on it. He puts up his photos on tour and I can see where he has been (last bunch were from the Tower of London as the band had its last gig there and he had some time to sightsee before heading home) He is in the music business - owning recording studio and record label, sound engineer etc. etc. after years of being in a reggae band.
These are darling little toys. And they don't look all that difficult to crochet. I'll have to look for some patterns.

I use Flick'r on my blog to show my photos. It is a nice extra click on feature. Which reminds me, I haven't updated the blog in 2 weeks. Funny how your job can get in the way! LOL

Oooh they are so cute! I really hope the patterns are easy to find. I definitely never saw or even heard of them before Dee mentioned them first on here.

Cool about your son, Judy! :o) So is he back home now then?

Yes -- he lives about two hours north of us. We will go up there on March 1 to visit him. (He is the oldest - his younger brother lives closer and works on data base architecture and composes and plays electronic music. The younger one has the same name as your son.
Neat, on all accounts! :o)

Yes, I'd like to see some patterns, too.
