I could not feel more loved than I do right now with your beautiful HUG QUILT to snuggle into. Alan has taken pix and I'll pop them up somewhere as soon as I can.

James and I frequently snuggle up under the 'sofa quilts' with the cats to watch telly. Now we will snuggle under this one and feel your love and care.

A little extra thank you to our Lizzy, who put it together and who made a brilliant job of the quilting.

It is the most beautiful quilt on the whole planet, bar none.

A big thank you to all the people who sent blocks - none were undersized enough to need special action, which made putting it all together so much easier.

Then I looked at the top and thought "How do I quilt it?", but I listened and it spoke to me and with Polly cheering me on from the side lines I got it all done.

A Hug quilt is a very special project and while I am sad it was needed, I am glad it can now do its job of carrying our love to Kate.

All I did to cheer Lizzy on was to offer to help. That scared her fast. Works on Mr. Esther when he's changing the oil in the cars. Kate, your Hug will wrap you in the love of all of us; * know* that everytime you need someone to laugh with or cry with, for strength, soothing or simply warmth.
