Those are great! Now you just need a knitted bowl or basket to keep them in!

Thanks for all the nice comments, everyone. I just wanted to let you know, I made a few more, and one I filled with scrap yarn and bits of scrap wool felt. I then fulled that one, and it turned out great. I fulled another one that was filled with polyfill, and it turned out fine as well. I'm not sure which I like better, the simply knitted ones, or the ones I fulled. It's really so much fun!

For some reason, I just want to knit food! I made a couple of crocheted cupcakes last night, and have patterns for bananas, apples, pears, corn, etc. It's great to do something small, quick and just for fun.

Thanks for the nice words about my BD picture.

Those are so cute!! Do you have pics of the felted ones too? I'd love to see them. I meant to crochet or knit up a bunch of veggies and fruit for DD (2yo) to play with but Grandma stepped in with a set of wooden food for Christmas so we are kind of on play food overload right now. I don't think she has any strawberries though. And I have some leftover red wool from my felted clogs. Hmmm....

Thanks, LauraJ. I was thinking they'd be a great gift for a little girl. Here's a picture of the felted ones:
