I am looking for a pattern for a felted cozy for a beer bottle - preferably one that extends over part of the neck of the bottle, as well as the body of the bottle. Any thoughts?

What a coincidence, I just made a can cozy! I was trying a lace pattern in the round and it was just the right size for a can. Worsted weight yarn, 4 size 6 (I think) dpns, 12 stitches per needle. This would fit the round part of the beer bottle but you'd have to decrease for the neck. Also, this fits without felting so you'd have to make it bigger...
