Just a note to say that I've finished my first Project Linus blanket - a ripple afghan made with Red Heart 'starbright' yarn. Sent it off to my 'coordinator', Cathy, who is great and always responds to my questions quickly. Personally after a lifetime of knitting, crocheting etc. for friends and family, this project was very meaningful as I couldn't get the children out of my mind as I worked it. I still think of Marissa too and hope that her recovery is progressing well. I came to this group right before the Holidays - the Season of Giving - and discovered a place where good deeds were being done every day. Thanks to all and best wishes for a truly Happy New Year.

Congratulations Joan.......Project Linus is my favorite organisation too. Marie and the cats

Hi Joan,

Oh, I know your afghan will be appreciated, all of Marie's and mine have been. It's a great charity to make things for.

Happy New Year to you too.

Hugs,

Nora

Congratulations, Joan.
