FO Martha's Prison Poncho

I've been working on "Martha's Prison Poncho", and I finished it this Saturday. I thought that I was crocheting to the right gauge, but apparently not...I ended up adding extra rows in order to make it fit an adult rather than my eight-year-old daughter! But, it still worked out OK, even if I had to buy two extra skeins of yarn (still have most of one left for other things!)

This poncho is for my sister, who once dressed up in a jumpsuit as "Martha in Prison" for Halloween...so now, she can be "Martha Getting out of Prison"!

What pattern did you use? I would like to make one, but so far I have not found a "Martha" poncho that looked like the one she had.

I used the crochet pattern on the Lion Brand website. After I made it, I Googled for a picture of Martha to print out and enclose with the poncho, and I was amazed at how close mine did look to hers.

I had thought that the poncho was gray when I saw it on TV, but when I looked for Homespun yarn in the color "Regency", which is what was recommended, I had trouble finding it at the store, since it's actually a green! It just looks gray from far away.
