Just so you know, going to Florida is not always warmer. Just this past week, we have been colder here than my Mom in southern Illinois. Right now it is just 46. It may warm up, but this is also our coldest season. If you wait for February, it is much warmer and prettier. We may not have snow, but it does get chilly. However, it is supposed to be 80 degrees here in Gainesville on Thursday.

Ahhhh Susan I'll take your weather and temps any day. No Snow! During most winter we are lucky to get above freezing two or three times a month! This year is that exception to that rule of course. But I'm still looking forward to it. We have been getting about one day in 13 or 14 of *some* sun. It's really getting depressing.
I'll be going to Florida in about 1.5 weeks to visit my parents. Can you have it be warm for that week??
