Hello again, on Usenet, it's Nadine here with:I have just learned of a TERRIBLE group of yahoolighans who callthemselves KnitFlame. It's a closed group, but I found the followingreference to it while doing a search:Knitflame is a social disease. There is absolutely no redeeming valueto it. And you'd be even more horrified to find out some of the peoplewho are on it. Some, I've been told, are on it for "self-preservationreasons, as they don't flame their own." Isn't that just a lovely clubthat you'd like to belong to?Other searches show that these pariah's search knitblogs and slanderthe poor souls to pieces.I just found this so disheartening that I wanted to share.Nadine

I am really not in knitting period , [too hot too over worked,,,, but knitting bug is here thus decided to spend each day about an hour at finnishing old knitts ,,,,, i have done marvelous progress ,,, since i am not allowing myself more than this hour ,,,, i HAVE to work nonstop and get some stiches flowing . mirjam

This is the first summer I knit all the way through ; heat index of 105 or not. For some reason I did not feel like quitting come spring this year like always. barbara
