Lace knitting: Which EZ book do you recommend?

Hi everyone,I signed up for a lace knitting class, and we are making the EZ "PiShawl".  I have to purchase one of the books with the pattern in it,and have to choose from:  Knitter's Almanac, Knitting Workshop, Bestof Knitter's Shawls and Scarves, and Gathering of Lace.I did look online and prefer the Knitting Workshop over Knitter'sAlmanac because the Workshop book has the Baby Surprise jacketpattern, which might come in handy some day.What do all of you think?thanks, Linda D. in B.C., Canada

LindaThe 2 Zimmermann books i have areKnitting Workshop , and Knitting Around [which also has the the PieAre Square Shawl ,,and many more nice projects ...For lace i find my best book wasKnitted Lace by Jan Eaton , New Holland ,1994.The Complete Book of TRADITIONAL Knitting , by Rae Compton, B.T.Batsford , 1983AndThe New Knitting Stitch Library , by Lesley Stanfield , Lark Books ,1998Last one is REALLY a Stitchionary of many stitched ,,,Best Buy i evermade !!!mirjam
