Thanks, I think I've almost recovered - all the laundry done and stuff packed away, orders seen to, now we can get on with our own lives!
While I was away I knitted a striped cotton sweater from my stash, i didn't use a pattern so it's not perfect but it kept my hands occupied and not wringing necks :-)
