Help!
I'm trying to finish an afghan that my mom had started......the directions are not clear to me . I would like to know the name of the stitch....it has 5 double crochet in a loop. Almost triangular in shape. Then you skip a few sc and do it again. The next row alternates......

Sounds like a shell stitch of some sort.
