OT: Crosstitch

I know I should go to the other group but I am hoping that someone here will take pity on me....again,.

Doing a crosstitch for a wedding...apparently some of this stuff has been or is being discontinued; however, I do know that avid needleworkers will points me in the correct direction to find conversion charts.

Looking for Kreinik blending filament...have been to the DMC and Kreinik sites...can't find the conversions that I need. Are DMC Metalic floss the same and Kreinik blending flosses? Actually trying to convert to DMC since they seem to be the most available.

Actually looking for Kreinik 023 lilac blending filament; 045 confetti gold blending filament; 092 star pink blending filament; 002 gold #4 fine braid; and 002P gold cable.

Really trying to locate all in one place; hopefully Herschners; but having trouble with conversions. Thanks for you time....again

Hi Carol! I'm not sure if I understood this right, but I understand you want to buy the Kreinik colours you mentioned, all at one place. I found them at this chart, and at the top you can click to come to the online shop where you can buy them:

Yes you did...I was at that site and was articles...assumed it was news type articles and didn't go any further.

Hej Aud, I checked out your album at webshots, very impressive, especially the sweater you knitted. You are the closest stitcher I've seen, I live in Denmark.

A pleasure to see you here1 Where in Denmark do you live? I live at the west Coast of Norway, in Ålesund. My family comes from the south coast of Norway, and my mother's ancesters came from Denmark.

You do beautiful work, Amber! I have always loved Clara Wæver and Eva Rosenstand, but I have never done any work from them myself! The last years I haven't been so much into stitching as I was as young, now it's more knitting. It varies a bit from time to time. I miss weaving, so I think weaving is first on the list if I shall do a new, "bigger" project. AUD ;-))

Thanks fro the compliments. Rosenstand is my absolute fave designer (doing one of hers now). I've tried knitting but never really caught on.
