Re: Beaded Initial (fwd)

Ladies somebody on a fashion list asked me how i make thosem and since i wrote it already ... here goes

--------------------- I don`t have a pic, and don`t know where to post it here, but i can describe it to you. I draw my intial M on a paper , take the wanted beads and place them on the paper, thus i see how many beads are needed for each line!!!, Now i choose a matching or complimenting thread, and sew the beads on the dress as i prearranged them on the paper. Now i look if i am pleased with the outcome or if i need some added `flair`... and that is that , have fun . mirjam ps i have done it on, on the breast [ where one usually wears a brooch] , on a pocket, on both or one side of the collar. and once high up on the back in the neck!!!and once at sleeve`s edge. mirjam

GREAT, Mirjam! I have to practise abit..to draw a beautiful A! I have the beads! AUD ;-))
