I find them a great store for touching and feeling. They have in their one store, many materials, for sewing but mainly I think for dyeing. So they have these lovely Indian wooden stamps, you can create patterns with as well. Plus all their dyestuffs, mainly in plain bags, sorry not much to feel there. Their second store, if that store is still there, was mainly a clothing store. They used to bring in clothing from India, but also made their own clothing and dyed it in their own workshop. That is where I took a dyeing course last yarn. Their symposium is on right now David. There are many wonderful lextures on textile related topics, you may want to look into that. You can always phone them and ask what their schedual is.
