I have a set of those, they make a sound the faster you go, I can turn them around in one direction, I tried the other and I guess I'm not coordinated cause they like landing on the floor. They say you find your "Chi" with use of them but I like the exercise of it all. Carol In WI

I only can throw them in one direction as well, tried the other way ,,, i am a total loss ,,,, i haven`t noted any special noise ,,,, just the the bit squeeky grains or leaves inside ,,,, i like it that they are in no harm nore harm anything when falling . mirjam
I think there are two kinds of Chinese balls here. One kind is metal and has something inside that rings like a bell when they are moved. The other is softer, with a crocheted cover over a stuffing like grains or leaves or fabric.
