Stylecraft "Gypsy" yarn.

Seems like all the interesting bits of "designer" yarn stay on the wrong side, doesn't it. I don't know what the finished item will be, but perhaps wearing it inside-out will be an option...

I don't know this yarn, Ian, but I find that knitting "reverse" helps me with the furry yarns. HTH Katherine

This is the yarn, although the pics aren't very clear, all the "hair" comes from one side of the yarn, like a fringe:

It's a multicoloured one, with only short stretches of each colour, to give a mottled, rather than striped effect.

We're off to Bonny Scotland tomorrow for a week, she'll hopefully have time to have a go at it then.
