Don't I wish! DH had it aged 48, thankfully it was caught early and he is considered cured. Grandmother died of breast cancer 35 years ago and Mum last year. Cousin died of lung cancer in his fifties, two years ago. Two classmates died in their forties - 1 breast cancer and one, IIRC, colon cancer - and I've lost track of the number of acquaintances, work-mates and friends who've had to deal with it. And I keep wondering about the quality of our air, water and food on our industrialised globe......
