Thanks, Katherine. I re-did it six times till I was happy with it. I was waiting for Chris to give me her about page stuff, finally today Don said jeez, I was a home inspector, I've got the ASHI and NAHI 'lists', we'll just do it without christy, so we did! Hugs, Noreen
Yes, we're pretty proud of her, it's in the genes... Don's been in carpentry/construction for all of his adult life (exception USN time) and was also a licensed Home Inpsector back in WI... Hugs, Noreen

Very nice website, would she care to move up this way? She's doing everything the inspector did when we bought this house. They are a very important person to use when buying your home, but I've noticed a lot of folks aren't having one done as the bank isn't requiring it.
