Friday I got this nice letter in my post, beautiful stamps and "foreign look"!
It was a beautiful card from Mirjam, an invitation to an exhibition! She said that she knew that I could not come, but hoped that I would enjoy the invitation in many different languages!! ... and "alphabets", Mirjam! I really did ...and DO, I study it, and feel that allthough I cannot be there, I can hear "the sound of the big world" as we say here! THANK YOU, MIRJAM!!!
It is great to have friends around the world! I have often thought: How cold we; - say 30 years ago- GUESS that we could chat to friends all over the world like this??
