Very pretty designs, though I'm not sure I could cope with all the wide frilly sleeves. I do love the shaping though.
Great sig! :-))

You are welcome. I started knitting the Rose Leaf pattern yesterday. DA
Oh, I think she has some of the most unique and romantic looking designs I've ever seen! The "Bella" pullover is so elegant! I have not tried the patterns though, I'm too intimidated by how complicated they look! I'm glad you reported that about the patterns being well-written, that makes me less apprehensive about (someday) trying one of them.
Karen, I am sure that you would not be disappointed. The patterns are very easy to follow and most of the designs are worked in one piece to the underarms. Less finishing and I love that. DA
>I have bought several patterns from her. She has a way of designing for the ample body that fits beautifly. Short rows on her tops are a great way to learn shaping and making the top fit, which I prefer to the boxy style of most sweater I see. I have Nichole ( the two piece nighty) on my needles now. I know you will not be disappointed with these patterns. Coggie
Coggie! LTNS! How have things been with you these days?
Katherine
Coggie, great to hear from you, how are you doing

DA, did you know that there is a yahoo knitalong group for White Lies Designs? Now, with the support group here and the group there, I might feel comfortable enough to order and start that Bella pullover that I like so much.

Thanks Karen. Go for it. I have the pattern and will help if I can. DA
I'm doing ok. Have had a busy summer of doing a whole lot of " nothing" as my husband puts it. He was off on training with the military , so I stayed home with the kids and spent his money ( grin) on craft fairs and festivals around the area. Someone has to do it , so I thought this year I would! I have been knitting and crocheting up a storm, I have made thre pairs of socks, a couple baby bibs, a few purses and I am down to only 5 UFO's at this time ( I think). I have a fringe benifits sweater in raspberry that is just too big to knit on in the summer , same with the ruana that I am making. I have a fair Isle poncho going and a baby blanket. Hmmmm I know there is something else in a project bag but for the life of me I cannot think of what. Other than that , I have an interview this Friday for a position at a shop her ein town , kids going back to school and Hubbies home so I think I should go back to work too. We will see how it goes. I have also been asked by the LYS owner to teach her how to do free from crochet. I have to get with her on when this will happen. I have been reading the list , just haven't been posting lately. I hope to post more in the near future. Coggie
Thanks for the update, Coggie. It is good to hear what our friends have been doing when they haven't been here.
Kather> I'm doing ok.
It's good to hear from you, Coggie, and glad to know that life is going well for you. Please write as often as you can.

Hi Coggie,
Sounds like things are going very well for you. Very good to hear that! Looking forward to reading more from you in future. :o)
Peace! Gemini
Hi Coggie,
Good luck with the interview and it's so good to see you posting again.
Hugs,
Nora
Coggie you sound great, glad to have you back safe and sound. We all love summers like yours, they sound nice and relaxing.

I love their Secret Garden Ladies Vest. My MIL tells me I am no longer a "beginning" knitter, so maybe I'll put the kit on my Christmas list and try my hand at it.
