LOL! There is also something on the market, that, though directed at women, I think is fine for anybody (DS actually took some of mine when he was dairy limited). For some reason, I can't remember the name, but they are soft chews that come in chocolate, caramel, and a couple other flavors. Personally, I loved the caramel ones, and since I don't like drinking milk, they really helped me get the calcium I needed during first pregnancy.

Larisa, not sure if you wanted calcium advice or chocolate advice

There are both calcium and vitamin C chews at GNC, whichever your need is. In addition, there are calcium chews at almost any large chain drug store - The big danger is in overdosing!

One brand name is Viactiv. I like the Mocchachino flavor. It's not chocolate, but I have also started buying the frozen orange juice concentrate with added calcium.

I would suggest dipping strawberrys in chocolate. A mere half pound of strawberrys has 31.75 mg of calcium in them. :-) Diana

Any! But dark chocolate is higher in anti-oxidants.

Thanks for the advice. I was sorta hoping they had created M&Ms with a 800mg hit of calcium!!Maybe!!! I hadn't thought to see what 'enriched wiith calcium' products were on the shelves. They probably have different names here in Oz. Annie
