OT - getting rctq via Windows 7

HELP We've gotten our new computer set up and ready to transfer all the "stuff" to it..... (We're currently using Windows XP and I use Outlook Express for email/newsgroups) BUT.... in going over all the old emails concerning the switch to Win7, they refer to switching from that "other newer" windows version (can't remember name) and Windows.mail to get back to r.c.t.q. How do I get hooked back with you folks after we make the switch? I'm signed into Windows.live, but can't figure out how to get newsgroups. Any suggestions????? Please!!! ME-Judy (currently using OutlookExpress and albasani.net)
