Attic Windows Quilting

Jan 23, 2007 3 Replies

Hello! My current project is a small WH of Attic Windows. Each block features a small colonial scenic view. The block, including the mitered sides measures about 7" x 9". I need suggestions for quilting the views. I plan to do straight lines on the mitered edges. Opinions appreciated. TIA, PAT in VA/USA

We are really growing a great group of sneaky beggars here... aren't we!

happy to be some help. gee, now i only hope it looks as good as i'd envisaged. if not i shall hide away in a dark dark corner for the duration (i dont know of what duration, i didnt make up that phrase). cheers, jeanne

I like the idea of the diamonds with the double needle- yum! That is a really good suggestion and should suit the block very nicely... IMNSHO BUT.... for the surrounding frames you *really* must do McTavishing in those areas! VBEG
