Well, DH e'd a mail to the support/help desk Friday. He got a reply on email yesterday and a call a bit ago. Yes, mail girl is to deliver mail. If the box is 'obstructed', physically she can't get her body to it or actually open it than she doesn't have to deliver. She is expected to walk to it even if a vehicle is near though. I'm not sure anything will actually improve but I have to say they have made an effort to try. I hope I get mail tomorrow! Thanks for all the suggestions and support. Taria

she probly needs the extra exercise too so she doesnt get 'dont deliver the mail' bum. :)) sorry, thot it so had to say it. congrats on a job well done by dh and you. :) jeanne

I thanked our mail carrier for getting out of her little jeep to bring packages to the porch. She said she sits so much, she likes to get out sometimes just to stretch her legs.
